“After three weeks in Spain, I felt like I had learned a whole year’s worth of Spanish. Especially after only taking one year of Spanish, I was worried I would not be able to understand the culture. However, the people there and places I visited grew my knowledge of the Spanish culture. I learned so much from my host family and from the cool sites that we hiked or looked at. It was truly an unforgettable experience that I will hold with me forever.” Caroline, high school alumna
