COURSE DESCRIPTION

This course is an introduction to digital photography, digital editing and production, and the art of taking pictures. During the initial phase of the course students will learn the fundamentals of camera operation, manipulation of camera settings, and composition techniques. By the end of the course, students will be expected to produce a professional portfolio of high-quality images that demonstrate creative advancement and an understanding of composition and basic photo editing.
