Junior Caribbean Dive Instructors work with program leaders to help supervise students 24/7, facilitate group dynamics, assist students with cooking and cleaning duties and support sail training and other program activities.
Our Junior Dive Instructors assist dive instructors in leading Open Water and Advanced Open Water courses for students on liveaboard programs, based out of St. Martin.
Instructors are expected to be flexible team players that foster a fun, safe environment for students to thrive and explore new places, cultures and activities.
For our Caribbean programs, junior dive instructors will be paired with a dive instructor and skipper to teach diving, supervise students 24/7, facilitate positive group dynamics, lead games and assist students with cooking and cleaning duties. For these programs, students and instructors live aboard catamarans and monohulls for the duration of the program, so someone with experience living in close quarters is a plus.
Must be able to attend staff training which occurs at the end of May/early June in St. Martin.
Our season runs from May through August and contract length varies from two to three months, preference will be given to instructors who can fulfill longer contracts. Food and housing are included in your contract.
