Requirements:
Arrive in Saint Martin and meet your new crew at the Broadreach base. After getting your gear and sharing a welcome dinner together, you’ll climb aboard your catamaran — your floating home for the week. Start getting to know your shipmates, set some goals for the trip, and settle into life on the water.
Kick off the morning with a beach swim and orientation before helping hoist the sails toward the beautiful bay of Grand Case. Begin your scuba training with practice sessions in the water, or refresh your skills if you’re already certified. In between, try out water sports like tubing or wakeboarding in calm Caribbean waters. Wrap up the day with dinner and your first night anchored in a tropical bay.
Today’s all about building your skills both above and below the water. Learn sailing basics as you head toward the island of St. Barts. Slip on your scuba gear to explore colorful reefs, then relax on deck as the stars come out.
Drop anchor in Gustavia, a French-Caribbean town filled with cobblestone streets, bright shops, and tasty treats (yes, ice cream included!). Then sail over to the quiet bay of Colombier, where you’ll complete the final dives for your Scuba Diver certification. Celebrate your new skills and enjoy the peaceful island setting.
Start the morning with a cliffside hike to a hidden beach, perfect for splashing and playing in the waves. Then set sail for Île Fourchue, a small, uninhabited island. Dive or snorkel along its reefs, and watch for sea turtles swimming nearby.
Rise early to take in views from one of the island’s highest points, then jump in for your last underwater adventure of the trip. Sail back to Anse Marcel and finish the week with a beach BBQ celebration. Share stories, laugh about favorite moments, and enjoy one last Caribbean sunset with your new friends.
Say goodbye to your yacht, instructors, and crewmates as you head to the airport. You’ll leave with new skills, scuba certification, and friendships to take home and keep for years to come.
