Fly into St. Martin and head to our Broadreach base, where you’ll meet your instructors, get your gear, and enjoy a welcome dinner. Then it’s time to move onto your catamaran — your floating home for the week. Settle into your bunk, learn how life works on board, and get to know your new crewmates.
Start your day with a swim and orientation on the beach, then sail to Grand Case, a calm and protected bay perfect for beginners. Today’s all about getting comfortable: learning how the boat works, starting your scuba training in shallow water, and trying out some fun water sports like tubing or wakeboarding.
Spend the morning practicing dive skills and helping with sailing as you journey to the remote island of Ile Fourche. Hike to the top for unforgettable views, then return to the boat for more hands-on learning and fun. You’ll take turns helping with meals and clean-up — being part of a boat crew means everyone pitches in!
You’ll complete your first real open water dives today, spotting colorful fish and coral as you grow more confident underwater. Then sail to St. Barts and anchor near Gustavia, one of the most beautiful towns in the Caribbean. Wind down the day with some games, laughs, and your first night near this charming island.
Spend the morning in Gustavia exploring local shops and enjoying a snack or souvenir hunt. Then it’s back on the boat to sail to Colombier, a peaceful bay with crystal-clear water. You’ll complete your final Open Water training dives here, earning your PADI certification! There’s even time for a beach hike and a splash in the waves if you’re up for it.
Kick off the morning with a fun final dive, then sail back to our home base in Anse Marcel. Enjoy a celebratory BBQ and take in one last Caribbean sunset with your crew. You’ve come a long way in just one week and made some unforgettable memories.
Say your goodbyes to your instructors and boatmates, and head to the airport with new skills, newfound confidence and lasting friendships.
