Caribbean Archipelago Sailing Voyage

Map

Were you good at connect-the-dots when you were a kid? You will be by the end of this wide-open sailing adventure that dots islands from St. Martin to Trinidad. Anchor in Anse Marcel, on the northern end of St. Martin. In no time at all, with your sea legs firmly in place, we’re docking at Gustavia’s harbor in St. Barts. But don’t lift your pencil from the map just yet. Before you even catch your breath, we’re charting a course for our next two dots, Statia and Nevis.

The winds change, as does your outlook on Montserrat, an island devastated by a recent volcano. We take on a service project that helps us to reflect on our own lives and the world around us, as we witness the struggles of others. Filled with confidence and the wind at our backs, we set out for our longest nautical stretch yet. We head through the Lesser Antilles, past Guadeloupe’s outer islands, past the Windwards and Grenadine Passage until ultimately arriving in Trinidad.

“This trip had so many once in a lifetime experiences; from hiking a volcano, jumping off waterfalls, to spotting whales!” — Rand Rosenbaum, Jericho, NY

Boiling Lake on rugged Dominica? Check. St. Lucia’s Pitons? Check. A Turtle sanctuary on Bequia? Check. A Grenadine dream that passes through Mustique, Carriacou and St. Vincent? Of course. If it’s on a map of the Caribbean, we’re there — snorkeling, exploring, taking the lead and working as a team.
